•Largest series of Journey PFJ arthroplasty in the literature•101 Journey PFAs were implanted, and we have complete outcomes for 90 implants (89%).•Five year PROMS showed a significant improvement from preoperative levels.•88% survivorship at mean seven years•Journey PFA provides a reliable treatment option for patients with isolated PFJ disease.
