Prothrombin complex concentrate administration for bleeding associated with non-vitamin K antagonist oral anticoagulants: The SAMURAI-NVAF study.

•We report ten NOAC users who developed major bleeding and received PCC.•Patients received relatively low doses of PCC.•One hour after PCC administration, the median PT-INR decreased significantly.•No symptomatic thrombotic events occurred and 2 participants were independent.
