摘要

•ACC has low immunogenicity and evokes a low cytotoxic immune response.•ACC shows low expression of immunotherapy targets (PD-1+, CTLA-4+ and PD-L1+).•PD-L2 and HLA-G are highly expressed in ACC of the salivary glands.•The recurrence of ACC was associated with low CD8+ TIL counts.
