Relative perturbation bounds for eigenpairs of diagonalizable matrices

In this paper, we present some uniform relative perturbation bounds for eigenvalues and eigenspaces of diagonalizable matrices under additive and multiplicative perturbations. Some existing perturbation bounds can be improved based on the new bounds. Numerical experiments are given to demonstrate the advantage of the new bounds.
