摘要

The study revealed that IL-17F and IL-21 genes were associated with systemic sclerosis (SSc) susceptibility and that IL-17A, IL-17F, IL-21 and IL-23R genes influence the clinical and immunological features, which suggest the implication of TH17 cells in SSc pathogenesis.
