•A method can determine advantame (Ad) and neotame (Neo) in processed foods.•Analyte separation was accomplished for only 10 min.•The method involved rapid dialysis without a clean-up step using SPE.•This method was validated using five food products.•This method allowed the Ad and Neo content using the developed MRM-IDA-EPI method.
