Wireless IoT Measurement of Temperature Dependant Devices in Plastics Processing Industry

摘要
This paper presents the development of most important technical segments of the monitoring and/or control system that is intended for monitoring the state of various temperature dependent units of plastic processing sector in real time. It is close as possible to the critical sites defined by the construction experts in the field of plastic injection. The prototype mould was selected for testing purposes which has two cavities, namely small plates of different sizes that are used for testing shrinkage behaviour of various thermoplastic materials. The final results practically confirmed that the developed monitoring/control system fulfils the requirements for precise wireless Internet of Things (loT) based measurements of temperatures on cylinders, moulds and tempering units.
