摘要

•We propose a new way to calculate the permittivity in fluids using a quartz crystal resonator (QCR).•We demonstrate the influence of fluid sample in the change of the capacitance C0 in electrical model BVD.•We design an electrical system to stimulate the quartz crystal and we obtain the admittance data curves.
