摘要
Getting information is one of the most basic activities that we do in everyday life. Nowadays we have a huge amount of resources where we can find information. Searching performs in the most various systems and machines on the basis of the knowledge base which is defined by human. Knowledge base represents ontologies by which the systems try to find results. Systems find the results which match with the concrete ontology. The problem is that the machines cannot accurately determine by a context whether the information is valuable for us or not. This paper deals with a class diagram mapping to an ontology model. It is examining possibilities to enrich ontologies by UML model. In the corresponding editor, the main effort is to visualize individual entities, their attributes and relationships. Visualization supports better imagination and therefore the user can easier understand the studied area. Various elements can be customized in order to enrich the ontology by a new knowledge. Thanks such comparison we can further analyze and reflect on the examined area. We have implemented a plugin for Protégé to perform experiments. In functionality testing we have demonstrated that the module is capable of handling two different models. It also managed to compare them and on the basis of the comparison results it provided possibilities for enrichment the ontology model.
