The Easytube for airway management: a systematic review of clinical and simulation studies

•We conducted a systematic search on the supraglottic airway device Easytube (EzT).•We found six clinical and nine experimental (simulation and cadaveric) studies.•The EzT had high success rate of insertion also by inexperienced personnel.•The EzT was beneficial also during resuscitation and in difficult airway scenarios.•EzT should be considered among alternatives for ALS and difficult airway management.
