High-Precision High-Voltage Voltmeter

The voltmeter described is based on comparing the voltage drop across resistance-divider resistors with the reference voltage by a system of capacitors that allows one to avoid leakage currents over the divider resistor surface. The calculated relative accuracy of measuring the absolute voltage value is <10(-4).
