P2-187: Treatment for non small cell lung cancer presenting with synchronous brain metastases

Solitary brain metastases occur in about 50% of patients with brain metastases from non small cell lung cancer. The standard therapy is surgical resection or stereotactic radiosurgery plus whole brain radiotherapy. The optimal treatment for the primary site of newly diagnosed non small cell lung cancer with solitary brain metastases is not well defined.
