Encoding Words For Intelligent Evaluation Of Injection-Production Wells Pattern Based On Enhanced Interval Approach

The key of water-flood management is how to extract useful information from the mass of data contained in the injection-production well pattern, and evaluation of injection-production well pattern is the main content of water-flood management. In this paper, the theory of computing with words(CWW) is applied to intelligent evaluation of injection-production well pattern in water-flood reservoir for the first time, encoding is mainly studied which is the primary task of CWW. Enhanced interval approach (EIA) is adopted for encoding of related description words collected from injection-production well pattern. Finally, the footprint of uncertainty (FOU) of words are obtained in the form of interval type-2 fuzzy sets. It is obtained that EIA is more accurate on reflecting the meaning of words compared with interval approach. Thus it provides new idea for intelligent evaluation of injection-production wells pattern in water-flood reservoir.
