GW27-e0922 Beta-2 microglobulin level in serum is elevated in patients presenting with acute coronary syndrome

Beta-2 microglobulin (B2M) is a marker of renal dysfunction and immune activation. In our previous study, serum B2M was found to be related to age, renal function and cardiovascular risk factors, and was strongly related to cardiovascular mortality and all-cause mortality. Acute coronary syndrome (
