摘要

•Glabridin loaded NLCs were prepared by ultrasonic emulsification method.•The distribution of Glabridin in lipid matrix was studied by Differential scanning calorimetry.•Nanostructure lipid carriers exhibited prolonged release of Glabridin.•Improvement of in vitro penetration and photostability can be achieved.
