We propose a novel photonic approach to gauge the angle-of-arrival (AOA) and time-difference-of-arrival (TDOA) of microwave signals. The phase shift of a microwave signal at 6 GHz from 65 degrees to 120 degrees is measured with a maximum measurement standard error of 0.25 degrees.
