摘要
In this paper, the adhesion and high frequency performance of super-inkjet printed traces are investigated on a laminate (RO3006) typically used for high frequency applications. The results are compared with glass as reference substrates. The results show improved adhesion on RO3006 due to the presence of surface roughness. However the insertion loss is also higher due to the skin effect arising from the substrate surface roughness. Future plans include optimizing the substrate surface roughness to develop super-fine inkjet printed silver traces on fabric.
