摘要

•The protection efficacy of rMDV-VP2 vaccine expressing IBDV VP2 was evaluated.•A single dose of 1000 PFU rMDV-VP2 fully protected SPF chickens against IBDV.•The rMDV-VP2 provided 90% protection against IBDV in commercial chickens.•The rMDV-VP2 induced effective protection against vvMDV infection in chickens.
