摘要

•A label-free fluorescent aptasensor for OTA detection was designed.•The aptasensor shows high selectivity toward OTA with a low limit of detection.•The proposed sensing system can be applied to the analysis of Ochratoxin A in real samples.•The principle can be extended to the detection of other targets.
