摘要
e22199 Background: Both local and systemic inflammatory response are known to occur in mCRC patients. The role of Tumor Associated Neutrophils (TANs) in peritumoral microenvironment as well as their relation with systemic inflammatory response and mCRC pts outcome is poorly understood. Methods: Tumor specimens from 50 mCRC pts (M/F:24/26) were collected and analysed by Immunohistochemistry (IHC) for inflammatory cells infiltrate. Tumor associate macrophages (CD68), tumor associated lymphocytes (CD3) and TANs (CD15) were quantified at the central part and at the invasive margin of the tumor. Aberrant CD15 and CD68 expression by cancer cells was graded as negative (NEG, up to 25%), partially positive (PP, up to75%), diffusely positive (DP, up to 100%). NLR, as expression of systemic inflammatory response, was determined on peripheral blood at the time of diagnosis. Pts outcome was evaluated both in terms of Disease Control Rate (DCR, defined as Partial Response + Complete Response + Stable Disease / PR+CR+S...
