Outcome Of A Protocol Driven Endoscopic Resection Of Patients With Large Colon Polyps (> 20 Mm) Results In Low Complications And Recurrence

Recent advances in endoscopy offer us an opportunity to remove large colon polyps safely and completely and minimize the need for surgery. However, experience with endoscopic resection of large colon polyps is limited. Since 2009, we have adopted a systematic endoscopic resection protocol for management of large & complex colon polyps. We report the outcome of this approach on safety and completeness of resection of large polyps.
