摘要
The CACNA1C rs1006737 bipolar disorder (BD) risk allele has been implicated in brain structure differences in both BD and healthy control (HC) adults, including the ventro-medial prefrontal cortex (vmPFC), ventro-lateral prefrontal cortex (vlPFC), anterior cingulate cortex (ACC), hippocampus, and amygdala. However, no prior study has examined associations between rs1006737 and brain structure in adolescents.
