605. Neuroimaging Phenotypes of CACNA1C Rs1006737 in Adolescent Bipolar Disorder
Biological psychiatry(2017)
摘要
The CACNA1C rs1006737 bipolar disorder (BD) risk allele has been implicated in brain structure differences in both BD and healthy control (HC) adults, including the ventro-medial prefrontal cortex (vmPFC), ventro-lateral prefrontal cortex (vlPFC), anterior cingulate cortex (ACC), hippocampus, and amygdala. However, no prior study has examined associations between rs1006737 and brain structure in adolescents.
