Integrated User-Interface Concept for Modern Production Lines

This paper describes the task-oriented organisation of human-machine-interaction in the production field. Each of the three levels is designed according to the needs of the specific user. The result of the research features a useful integration of additional functionality for the user as well as reduced development efforts for the machine manufacturer. The paper shows the needs of users and companies as well as a prototypical realisation of a system divided into three separate user interfaces.
