摘要

•The structure of finned metal foam with graded porosity (FFGP) was proposed.•Finite volume method and two equations model were used in the modeling of FFGP.•Various designs of FFGP structure were studied and compared.•FFGP structure could improve the energy storage efficiency of the composite.
