摘要
Single-crystalline Sb2Te3 nanowires were used as templates and coated with poly-crystalline Pt and amorphous Si shell layers to prepare Sb2Te3/Pt and Sb2Te3/Si core/shell nanowires, respectively. Sb2Te3, Sb2Te3/Pt, and Sb2Te3/Si core/shell nanowires were transferred into flexible polyimide films using a rolling-up method. The transferred (hetero-) nanowires were fully covered with Sb2Te3 films by a magnetron sputtering method, and (hetero-) nanowire hybrid films of three different types were fabricated. Their thermoelectric properties were measured, and the influence of different shell layers was investigated. We believe that hetero-NW films can contribute the modeling of hybrid systems for the enhancement of thermoelectric devices.
