Enzymatic activity and protein expression of cellulase from rice straw produced by Trichoderma reesei in the presence of oxygen vectors

•n-dodecane was added to enhance oxygen transfer in cellulase fermentation.•The saccharification yield of rice straw was comparable to commercial cellulase.•n-dodecane didn’t cause obvious variations on the cell morphology of T.reesei.•30 proteins with different expression level were identified by proteomics analysis.
