Introduction: Previous results of Preschool-age Prevention Program (3P Project), consisting in healthy meals inspired by Mediterranean Diet (MD), snacks with sugar-free yogurt and fruit, physical activity (PA) daily-sessions, educational pamphlets and parental questionnaire, appeared to be effective in improving waist circumference (WC) values, healthy food and PA knowledge/preferences related to the length of the intervention.
