Validation of Spinal Instability Neoplastic Score Components through Patient-Reported Outcomes
The Spine Journal(2017)
摘要
Background Context: Neoplastic spinal instability is defined as movement-related pain, deformity or neurologic compromise under physiologic loads. The Spinal Instability Neoplastic Score (SINS) was developed to facilitate diagnosis. SINS is comprised of six categories; five radiographic and one clinical. There are limited data describing the association of radiographic components with pre- and postoperative clinical parameters, such as patient-reported outcomes (PRO).
