Design and implementation of an efficient active equalization system for batteries

摘要
This article design and implementation an efficient system which can balance the batteries quickly and accurately to solve the Problems of the batteries' safety and short life. For hardware systems, the Freescale's S912XET256J2MAA is used as the master chip and the equalization module is designed with EMB1428 and EMB1499. An efficient and accurate strategy also be designed and used in this system. Finally, the strategy uses the Simulink function in Matlab to model, automatically generate code, and then be downloaded to the hardware circuit to achieve balanced functions. The experimental results show that the system can make the battery echelon use complete efficient equilibrium within 7000s.
