Abstract
The CONVERT Trial is a multicenter phase III study which recruited 547 patients with limited-stage SCLC from April 2008 to November 2013. Patients were randomized to receive once daily (66Gy in 33 fractions) or twice daily (45Gy in 30 fractions) radiotherapy concurrently with chemotherapy. The primary endpoint was overall survival. This study investigates the effect of non-compliance to radiotherapy protocol on survival for the CONVERT Trial.
