摘要
In the context of the global energy internet, the inter-regional optimal allocation of energy is achieved through interconnections between countries. It is possible to realize transnational power transaction with the reform of power market in various countries. In this paper, a long-term multinational power transaction model is set up under the centralized matchmaking transactions, which aims at maximizing the social welfare while the bidding mechanism and interconnection constraints among the countries. Furthermore, we decompose an annual contract transactions into the optimal monthly sub-contracts based on monthly load forecasting to minimize the total generation cost and power shortage penalty. Finally, the test on the practical Northeast Asia, including China, South Korea, North Korea, Japan and Mongolia, are studied and the simulation results show that the social surplus will increase after these countries are interconnected, but the interruption of the noncritical transmission channel will decrease the value.
