Branch Duct intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasms (BD-IPMNs) require follow-up to detect worrisome features (WF). Data are missing about endoscopic pancreatic sphincterotomy (PS) for symptomatic IPMN. The aim is to assess the efficacy of endoscopic pancreatic sphincterotomy in the treatment of BD-IPMN without WF, and to document the evolution with regards to evolution towards malignancy.
