CONCLUSIONS: HoLEP is a feasible and efficient procedure for the treatment of male LUTS, even in smaller prostates.Improvements of LUTS were non-inferior to the reference method TURP, with the exception of the impact on postvoid residual volume, which was better after HoLEP.However, operation time for HoLEP was longer.
