摘要
Psychiatric disorders, as defined using clinical information, are thought to include patients with heterogeneous pathophysiology. Neuroimaging offers the most direct window into possible heterogeneity in brain structural and functional abnormalities associated with mental illness. Here we used inter-subject correlation (ISC) scores to measure heterogeneity in functional and structural brain imaging phenotypes in patients with bipolar disorder I (BD) compared to healthy volunteers.
