Electricity security is vital for social and economic development. Researchers and policymakers have been regarded the utilization as a key method to study and management. With the deepening of globalization and increasing pressure on the environment, many problems emerged in the ever-changing situations. Resilience, as a partly methodology and partly philosophy concept, has received increasing attention. This paper seeks to propose a comprehensive evaluation method of the electricity system.
