摘要
A comparator bank operational down to 0.3 V along with a voltage reference circuit enable the design of an ultra-low-power supply voltage monitor. This architecture is capable of a wide range of operational voltage (0.3 V to 1 V) and its measured power consumption is 28 nW at 0.5 V.
