Telehealth with remote blood pressure monitoring for postpartum hypertension: A prospective single-cohort feasibility study.

•The incidence of severe hypertension after postpartum discharge was 9 (16%).•29 (53%) required treatment for blood pressure exacerbation after discharge.•Telehealth identifies hypertension complications prior to recommended follow-up.•Participants reports a preference for home vs clinic blood pressure monitoring.•Telehealth is a promising strategy for postpartum hypertension management.
