Design of high voltage pulse generator for bioelectrical effect

In order to improve the output accuracy and reliability of bioelectrical effect high pulse generator running continuously,a bioelectrical effect high voltage pulse generator control system based on embedded real time operating system Small RTOS51 was designed.It used NEC8254-2 to realize adjustable PWM output of frequency and duty cycle,applied MAX526 and MAX197 to achieve D/A and A/D function,composing the high voltage pulse generator output control and feedback loop,and presented an improved sampling signal median filter algorithm.Compared to traditional algorithm,this algorithm has higher sensibility,based on RTOS programmer,it improves the reliability of system.Experimental results show that the output accuracy of high voltage pulse generator is up to 0.1%.
