Bioaccumulation of decabromodiphenyl ether affects the antioxidant system in the clam Mactra veneriformis.
Environmental Toxicology and Pharmacology(2019)
摘要
•BDE-209 accumulation was concentration-dependent and decreased after depuration.•MDA contents increased in time- and dose-dependent manner and returned to the control level after depuration.•BDE-209 remarkably affected mRNA expression and activity of SOD, CAT, and GPx.•Antioxidant responses significantly correlated with MDA contents and BDE-209 concentrations.
