摘要

•A new mirror angle detector with a variable capacitor and RF wave was developed.•Phase change of reflected RF translates to the rotation angle of the mirror.•The mock-up test shows the agreement with the design value of 25.7º.•The static electrode has both cooling and electrically isolation capability.
