摘要
The present study investigated the resonance frequency is influenced by the humidity in air and the micro particle adhesion on the tip surface by the experiment in strument. Utilizing the article develop the calculation about the half sphere volume equation where on the tip surface. The influence of the micro particle volume and mass make the resonance frequency, and then compare it with the formula. First, the influence of the resonance frequency on the humidity we found that there are vapors in air for this reason the weight of tip will increase; the weight increase make the resonance frequency is decreased. Second, the mass which from the experiment and the equation; the error of the both of them is -0.3527(±0.17645).
