摘要

•PC increased insulin release from the HII mesophase as a more cooperative system was formed.•In the absence of PC, the lipolysis of the outer TLL was dominant and increased insulin release.•The lipolysis of inner TLL drastically increased insulin release in both systems (with and without PC) up to 100%.
