摘要

•A N-oxoammonium salt was treated as p-type dopant for organic semiconductors.•Charge transporting properties of Spiro-OMeTAD can be modulated by the dopant.•A promising PCE of 6.83% was obtained when the dopant is introduced into ssDSCs.•Both the PCE and stability of ssDSCs could enhanced by TEMPO-Br.
