Petrology, geochemistry and stable isotope studies of the Miocene igneous rocks and related sulphide mineralisation of Oued Amizour (NE Algeria)

摘要
•The Oued Amizour igneous rocks are mainly volcanic, sub-volcanic and plutonic rocks.•They are high-K to shoshonitic, calc-alkaline rocks with I-type character.•They are post-collisionnal magmas emplaced during the Miocene.•The andesite breccia and tuffs located at ∼500 m deep host the giant Zn-deposit.•Stable isotope data show that the mineralizing fluid is mainly of magmatic origin.•The Oued Amizour Zn-mineralization is considered VHMS with a Kuroko-type signature.
