Rationale: Malnutrition is prevalent in patients with head and neck cancer (HNC) impacting outcomes. Evidence-practice gaps exist despite published evidence-based guidelines (EBGs)1. This study aimed to implement and evaluate a patient-centred, best-practice dietetic model of care (MOC) through integration with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) and minimise the detrimental sequelae of malnutrition.
