Performance of Spectrum Sensing Based on Energy Detection for Cognitive Radios
2018 IEEE-APS TOPICAL CONFERENCE ON ANTENNAS AND PROPAGATION IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS (APWC)(2018)
摘要
Cognitive radios have been proposed for opportunistic users to make use of the frequency bands allocated to licensed users. For this to he possible, spectrum sensing should be performed in the search for free frequency bands. In this work, the spectrum sensing is investigated based on energy detection. Scenarios are studied where the noise distribution is Gaussian and scenarios considering the noise of uncertainty. The behavior of the probability of detection as a function of the probability of a false alarm for a parameterized number of samples and signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) is presented.
