摘要
Granulomatous slack skin disease (GSSD) is a very rare subset of cutaneous T cell lymphoma, clinically characterized by lax skin tumors and wrinkles, mainly in the flexures, groin and buttocks. Histology is characterized by an atypical dermal CD4 positive infiltrate with epidermotropism, a loss of elastic fibers and the presence of epithelioid and giant cell granulomas, We report herein the third case of GSSD-associated hypercalcemia. GSSD was dramatically debilitating with multiple bulky tumoral non-transformed lesions of mycosis fungoides. Hypercalcemia was severe, with calcium levels up to 3,5mM, and refractory to lymphoma treatment. Fluconazole was efficient on hypercalcemia. This article is protected by copyright.
