Prevalence of Obesity and Overweight in Iranian Children under 5 Years: A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis.

Although, there was a high heterogeneity among the results of the articles included in the meta-analysis, however, the prevalence of obesity and overweigh is higher in Iranian children under 5 years. Therefore, parents and the health system need to pay more attention to lifestyle, nutritional habits and physical activity of these children.
