The Impact of the New HybridLab™ Self-Direct Simulation Training Programme on Successful Gaining Skills in Ambulance Service

Purpose of the study: The new HybridLab™ self-direct simulation training programme for learning to fill electronic data cards (EDC) was implemented in Kaunas Ambulance Service since December, 2015. Immediately after programme completion, the ambulance staff began to use EDC in the clinical practice. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the impact of the programme on the satisfaction of participants and self-evaluation of skills 3 months after the programme.
