Activité biologique, réactivité et étude conformationnelle par RMN (1H, 13C, 31P) et DFT des hydrazines phosphonylées vis-á-vis des isothiocyanates

The reaction of the ethyl ester of phosphonohydrazidic acid with isothiocyanate leads to the corresponding series of phosphorylated thiosemicarbazides derivatives with a good yield. The mechanism is discussed and determined by isolating some intermediates.
